Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope across multiple clients
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Serve as primary client liaison for project updates and decisions
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management in a digital agency or consultancy
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or understanding of software development
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience with remote, distributed teams
