Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope across multiple clients
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Serve as primary client liaison for project updates and decisions
Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers
Improve our delivery processes and documentation

Requirements

3+ years of project management in a digital agency or consultancy
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Have

Technical background or understanding of software development
PMP or Scrum Master certification
Experience with remote, distributed teams
