2. Definitions

• “Services” refers collectively to the InspiredWorkx website, digital products, community platform (Built Different), and agency consulting services.
• “Digital Products” refers to downloadable playbooks, guides, templates (PDF and Notion format), and any other digital content offered for purchase.
• “Community Platform” refers to the Built Different membership community, including all forums, courses, events, resources, and member interactions within.
• “Content” refers to all text, images, video, audio, code, data, and other materials posted, uploaded, or otherwise made available through the Services.
• “User Content” refers to any Content created, submitted, or shared by you through the Services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain only one account per individual.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and immediately notify us of any unauthorised access.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Description of Services

InspiredWorkx provides the following categories of services:

4.1 Agency Services

Product strategy, digital product design, web and application development, brand identity, AI integration, and growth strategy consulting. Agency engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (“SOW”) executed between the parties.

4.2 Digital Products

Tactical playbooks and guides delivered as downloadable PDF documents and Notion templates. These are available for individual purchase or as bundled collections. Digital Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment.

4.3 Community Platform (Built Different)

A subscription-based membership community offering access to forums, curated courses, live events, industry intelligence, member networking, templates, and exclusive resources for founders, builders, and digital professionals.

6. Pricing & Billing

6.1 Digital Products

Digital Products are offered as one-time purchases at the prices displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added by Paddle at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

6.2 Community Subscriptions

Community Platform access is offered on a recurring subscription basis, available in monthly or annual billing cycles. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@inspiredworkx.com.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For active subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days’ written notice. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Digital Products. If you are not satisfied with a Digital Product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. 8. Intellectual Property

All Content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available through the Services are owned by or licensed to InspiredWorkx and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.1 Licence for Purchased Digital Products

Upon purchasing a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for your personal and internal business purposes. You may apply the frameworks, templates, and strategies within to your own ventures. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or publicly share the Digital Product in its original or substantially similar form.

8.2 Website Content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Content on the Services without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. User Content

You retain all ownership rights in User Content you create and share through the Services. By posting User Content to the Community Platform or other public areas of the Services, you grant InspiredWorkx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you share and that such content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, bully, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or commercial solicitations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit purchased Digital Products.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access for users who violate these provisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InspiredWorkx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

The Services, including all Digital Products and Community Platform content, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we endeavour to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes or results from the use of our products or services.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to InspiredWorkx in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Services in a manner that could harm InspiredWorkx or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@inspiredworkx.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Community Platform will cease immediately. You will retain access to any Digital Products previously purchased, subject to the licence terms set out in Section 8.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Namibia.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
