Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for client projects
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Build and maintain design systems
Present design decisions to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

4+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and visual design
Expert Figma skills including components, auto-layout, and variables
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with frontend development (HTML/CSS/React)
Motion design skills
Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
